It took them 25 minutes to prepare my order and when she was making it, she cross-contaminated my food while wearing the same gloves. Additionally, the counters and floor were covered in crumbs and food, as if they hadn't been cleaned in days. I'm sorry, but that is really unsanitary and I will never trust anything made at this place.

Unfortunately, I missed breakfast and had to wait for lunch to be served at 11:30am. There was only one staff member at the front counter, which may have been the reason for the delayed opening.

The service was fast, no wait and the tuna was some of the best tuna I've eaten at a Subway in a long time. I'd bump to 4 or 5 stars if they had chips and cookies in stock.

The only problems I encountered today... read more This subway has improved significantly in the past few months. They now have more items in stock, such as bread and meats. The only problems I encountered today were that their soda machine was not working and they were playing Christian music on the radio. While one song is fine, it was uncomfortable to hear a dedicated Christian radio station while eating my sandwich.

The lettuce was brown and the... read more I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The vegetables looked like they had been frozen for weeks instead of being fresh. The lettuce was brown and the staff had trouble understanding me and seemed slow. This was my third time going and they were out of many options, including chips, cookies, refrigerated drinks, and fountain drinks. The glass I looked through to see the menu was dirty and the staff could only give yes or no answers. They were out of several meat options for sandwiches and the pepperoni looked questionable. The sandwich I ordered had a strange smell and tasted bad. I have eaten some unappetizing things in the past, but for $12 I expect better quality. Overall, a disappointing experience, especially for an on-base restaurant.
