I have been ordering sandwiches from Submarine for over 35 years and they have never disappointed me or my coworkers. Whether it's just a sub for me or a large order for the whole company, they always take our orders with a smile and we receive our subs quickly.
I inquired about the meat in the Canadian Club sandwich and was informed it contains turkey, ham, and bacon. When I specifically asked for turkey and bacon only, I was charged $11.99 for the Canadian Club. However, when the sandwich was prepared with just turkey and bacon, the price was $9.99. It is unfair to provide misleading information and charge customers more than what was originally stated in order to increase profits. This practice is unethical and deceptive.
I was here yesterday to get food, I have to use the laundry room, and the guy cleansed the laundry room accusing me of stealing his phone because he forgot where he put it down! It's just so unfair! I felt so terrible! He even scared me from the police and told me they didn't leave the place until the police came! I never come to this place again. terrible and worst place ever
The staff is very friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and the subs are perfectly made. This is my go-to place for lunch. What more could you want?
