Order stripes and popcorn chicken combo got home and only had the chicken stripes. Ice machine wasn?t turned on and pop was flat. Always rude customer service. Never again. Phone is also disconnected so you can?t even call to complain.
I had a very bad experience in this place. I asked for a 5.00 combo with the foupon app as I always do in other locations, 2 chicken strips and some pop corn chicken for my child. The guy told me that he cant sell me that. That he can only sell me the 3chicken strips for 13 dollars. I asked him why? I wanted to use my coupon and he said no that he could sell just 3 stripsinstead of 2, this sounded very weird for me, he didnt give me a proper reason. Its not about the money, its about customerservice. I prefered to go to the chinese food instead and of course I spent much more but I had a good customer service. I amnot going to that location anymore
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! As a newcomer to Cambridge, I was helped by a staff member named Bhullar who was extremely courteous and helpful with my order. Thank you, Bhullar!
I ordered the crunch box, but instead of getting the drumstick, I received just a single strip. Furthermore, the chicken in the sandwich was neither fresh nor flavorful. Overall, it didn't feel like a typical KFC experience at all. I'm quite disappointed.
He then informed me that there was no white meat available at all. When I asked for an explanation, he admitted he didn't know why. I requested to speak with the manager. The impolite cashier went to the back, laughing and rolling his eyes at me, and returned with another employee who claimed to be the manager. I asked about the absence of white meat, and he explained that they weren’t preparing any that day because they had too much dark meat. I had never heard such an excuse before. When I asked for the owner's name, the manager said he was instructed not to give it. I ultimately decided to call the head office to file a complaint, as I had never encountered such disrespect and poor customer service before.
