My tenders were tastele... read more Was wondering how bad could this place really be considering all the terrible reviews. Went to grab the chicken tender combo with fries. My tenders were tasteless (are you guys using ANY of the secret spices? as well as cold. The fries were also cold and tasteless(they could try adding salt . Also, at other fried chicken establishments you can get a biscuit and a dipping sauce for the same price. It is my belief from my experience today that this specific establishment may be skipping corners when it comes to not using the spices that the recipes from headquarters is calling for. This is by far the worst food establishment I have ever visited. Only gave 1 star because customer service was on point, however the food is horrendous, I should of trusted the reviews....

Over the past year, we have attempted to order chicken 7 times from this outlet and literally, without a lie, all 7 times, been told they are out of chicken. How in god 's name is that even possible once, little own 7 consecutive times?! We 've given up. I honestly do not know how they stay in business. This outlet should be ashamed of its poor planning. Your name is Kentucky Fried Chicken. Please explain how you can not have any chicken on site?! Pathetic.

I asked for a 5.00 combo with the foupon app as I always do in other locations, 2 chicken strips and some pop corn chicken for my child. The guy told me that he cant sell me that. That he can only sell me the 3chicken strips for 13 dollars. I asked him why? I wanted to use my coupon and he said no that he could sell just 3 stripsinstead of 2, this sounded very weird for me, he didnt give me a proper reason. Its not about the money, its about customerservice. I prefered to go to the chinese food instead and of course I spent much more but I had a good customer service. I amnot going to that location anymore
