Hungry Ninja - Cambridge
Hungry Ninja
Description
Hungry Ninja in Cambridge offers a mix of reviews, from disappointingly soggy sushi and poor customer service to delicious ninja-ritos and unique sushi burritos. The Organic Tofu & Edamame bowl is a must-try for a fresh and quick lunch option. The Ramen was tasty but the chashu could be easier to eat. The Ninja Bomb Bowl is a hit with different sauces available, though some found the shrimp tempura a bit soggy. With pleasant staff and unique menu options, Hungry Ninja is a growing spot in Downtown Galt worth checking out for a flavorful surprise.
Feedback
The food was decent, but my roll fell apart when I tried to eat it. There is no bathroom for customers and no hand sanitizer available. Not recommended for families with children due to lack of facilities.
This restaurant served possibly the worst meal I have ever had. The sashimi had bones in it, not just one piece but two. The roll was soggy and resembled a week-old taco. It came wrapped in wax paper like a Big Mac from 1977. I cannot understand how this place has any positive reviews. If you have ever had good sushi, avoid this place at all costs. It was just horrible.
I eat at this restaurant frequently. The food is consistently high quality and prepared exactly as I request. I appreciate the ability to customize my meals and have enjoyed everything I've tried so far. Sushi can be hard to find in Cambridge, so this is a great option when I'm craving it without wanting to spend too much.
The size of the bowl and the overall flavours could certainly be improved upon, but it was a nice surprise to see the variety of cuisine in Cambridge. Hope to see Hungry Ninja grow and thrive with more flavours in the future.
