My... read more If you are allergic to pets, then this hotel might not be a good choice. Rooms and elevators have thick pets smell. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms. My room bathroom had a strong chlorine smell when we entered the room. The hotel gym was also out of order.But overall, our stay was comfortable. Rooms had great views. Close to parks and a shopping mall.

Richie: stuff of legend... (reminds me of a famous soccer player) unfortunately the printers of the hotel don 't behave as well as he does...Neham: I thought he was from another planet (no hes just Dominican) at first cuz he 's so sweet... (his wife is gonna k!ll him for this comment) nicer human being NO WHERE! he is also in love with our pooch...All in all... best trip to Boston EVER!!! MARLOWE KIMPTON... U R AN AMAZING PLACE FILLED WITH MORE AMAZING PEOPLE!!! Not the best experience I have to say.• Room was not ready on arrival at night after a long transatlantic flight• There is no gym at the hotel (apparently being... read more Not the best experience I have to say.• Room was not ready on arrival at night after a long transatlantic flight• There is no gym at the hotel (apparently being worked on) although the website advertises that• There is a gym facility but that is a 10 min walk away• A compulsory “guest amenities” fee of US$29 (incl tax) per day was added to the bill at check out which I was not informed about at the time of the booking or check in. This covers the guest pass to the gym facility nearby (should be free given hotel is advertised to have this), upgraded Wi Fi (there is only one Wi Fi network and it is super slow) and luggage storage (which most hotels cover free of charge)• I booked a suite and used the sofa bed. I know this is not the most comfortable but the foot of the sofa bed was a good few inches taller than the head• There is a coffee machine in the room but one cup (although I booked a suite for more than one guest) and no milk and that’s in spite of asking reception to kindly resolve this

The service was impeccable, especially from Mr. Naquan, who has made sure every part of my stay went smoothly.
