We began with the artichoke dip, and I found the bathroom to be clean, but nothing about the place struck me as special. The dip was served with mini-breadsticks that could have benefited from being roasted or grilled, as they were on the drier side and didn't pair well for dipping. My dining companion ordered the maui ribs and enjoyed the crispy rice cake, but mentioned that the ribs were just okay. I ordered a sirloin with the Oscar upgrade. The steak was a bit chewy, though it was cooked nicely. Unfortunately, the seasonal crust was slightly burned. The potato purée, which was essentially just a scoop of potatoes, and the vegetables were quite standard. For dessert, we shared the sticky toffee pudding, which was clearly microwaved as it was served steaming hot. While the flavor was good, the cake lacked texture due to the microwave treatment, and the ice cream melted too quickly. Overall, given the prices, we expected much more from the meal, and it's unlikely we will return soon. We mentioned that we missed Jack Astor's, which pretty much sums up our experience.

The steak was overcooked on the outside, and the vegetables were nearly raw. The bathrooms were very dirty, and the prices were excessively high. I won't be returning.

The food was excellent. It is quite expensive. The service was weak.

Nice food and great service … will be back soon

The food was quite poor. We ordered the Tomahawk meal and while it advertised as 42oz, there was likely only 10 oz of actual meat after removing bone and fat. Prices across the board were outrageous. Ambiance was terrible the lights were too bright, music was echoing and the kitchen was yelling at our server to take out food while we were ordering meals. Terribly disappointed with the whole thing.
