Serving contemporary Canadian cuisine with a focus on woodfired cooking, our restaurant features a seasonal menu rich in locally sourced vegetables and Alberta beef, including our famous rotisserie chicken. The Nash restaurant offers a mix of experiences, with some diners enjoying exceptional service and delicious meals, while others encountered disappointments with the menu selections or inconsistencies in service. Some highlights included the Nash Greek salad, fish and chips (which some guests enjoyed even after it was removed from the menu), and amazing cocktails. The ambiance and setting of the restaurant were praised, but some found the food and drink selections to be lacking. Despite mixed reviews, the Nash seems to have some dedicated fans who appreciate the effort put in by the staff to make every dining experience enjoyable.
Service was friendly and well timed. Food was good, cocktails were decent, and atmosphere was lively. I would stay away from the steaks and stick with their other tastier dishes.
Always a great meal at the Nash. Service is 10/10. This was the YYC EXP and the value was excellent. Shrimp ceviche and pork tenderloin were standouts on the prix fix, but everything was tasty and beautifully presented.
Awesome portions and flavours for the YYC experience! Can’t believe we got to try the whole menu!
