That, specially old lady that works there is extremely rude, She needs to fix her attitude toward customers or get fired as soon as possible because this happened many times. I ordered a medium pizza and made sure to get extra creamy garlic sauce and the pizza was not good and we paid for extra topping specially chicken cheese. but there is no enough quantity of topping. So, how i can expect extra topping. If basic topping missing. My friend couldn't even eat it so we called customer service. I spoke with the old lady again and she was shouting with us. What kind of customer service is this? I felt very disrespected from the specially old lady. I think she have to join listening classes. So, that she can listen the customer before arguing. I will never be making another single order from pizza 73. I don't recommend this location to anyone go there. I will be posting about this location to inform my friends. because this is not acceptable at all. The old lady should be fired!

Me and my friends ordered the pizza with extra cheese and chicken. I don’t know why she added extra olives. But in actual there was no enough quantity of toppings on the pizza . When we went back to say that she started arguing and even rude without any reason. No recommendation to go there.

I was just there to pick up an order, but I ended up waiting for a long time. She kept shouting and arguing with me for no apparent reason. I've noticed that many others have voiced similar complaints about her, which makes me feel like it wasn't just a one-time incident. Is the management even doing anything to address these issues for their customers? I can’t recommend this location to anyone and I personally won’t be returning.
