This was close to our Hotel so thought we would try it out. It was quite busy when we arrived but were seated quickly. It looks like it could use an update but it was clean. Waitress was super friendly and gave us lots of attention. The menu is pretty good and has a variety for all preferences. The meals came hot but I did find them a little on the skimpy side. What User doesn't like about Phil's Restaurants:
The food was good but they've increased their prices big time! Everything is up by 2 to 4 dollars a plate! Skip the drinks and tips and they can thank our government for that! View all feedback.
We were in a hurry and as soon as we entered the restaurant we had our waitress Carolyn already ready with the menus. She was very courteous, efficient and professional. The food was good and I really liked that they gave us a pint of coffee on the table so I can serve myself indefinitely without having to wait. We recommend ?
I used to come here all the time when I was younger. I brought my son here after ten years and it was still fantastic! The food is hot, fresh, and came so quick. Our waitress Frances was kind and attentive. The whole visit was just lovely.Thank you!Kid-friendliness: Good food for kids, highchairs, all around works well.Parking: Huge lot.
This place is disgusting! The carpets are extremely old and dirty. The seats are worn out and needed to be replaced years ago. It 's just old smelly and should be closed. Now the food the worst eggs Benedict ever. Brownish hollandaise sauce and soggy bread. Not sure if it was an English muffin or just white bread. Hashdrowns were ok. Food came out fast and service was good. I will not return.
Always friendly and great food. I should have taken this before we dived in. They gave us a free order of mini pancakes which were delicious. Their eggs benny is the best!
This location has been around for a long time. From the looks of it, I would agree. The prices are really high for what you get. The pancakes broke apart when you tried to cut them. The waitress gave me the impression she would have preferred to be someplace else.At an average cost of $20 per person for breakfast ? the quality of service and food should be much higher.I don't like giving negative reviews. Unfortunately, this dining experience was not what I expected from a Phil's.
