Menu

The place from Calgary offers 108 different dishes and drinks on the menu for an average price of CA$30.

Fork + Salad shows promise but falls short with unblended smoothies, lackluster gluten-free options, and inconsistent service. Despite the fresh ingredients, some offerings lack flavor, like the yogurt in the parfait. However, standout items like the Home on the Range salad and berry smoothie shine. This spot is a healthy and guilt-free option, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The massive portions and fresh ingredients keep customers coming back, despite occasional shortcomings. A place with potential marred by occasional missteps, Fork + Salad is worth a visit for its promising menu and overall freshness.

Was Anonym at Fork and Salad a mag?
If you want something quick that you won't feel guilty about later, head to Fork and Salad. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, they don't skimp on the amount like most places, and there are so many different combinations that you'll never get sick of it. I go there almost weekly and find myself craving it often (like seriously, who craves salad?!?!). The only consistently disappointing thing about Fork and Salad i... View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Fork and Salad:
Went here for dinner one weekday after work. The salads here are varied, fresh, and LARGE. I would have to be a total health nut in order to get through one of these. They seem a bit expensive, but when you consider how much is served, on a per ounce basis they really are properly priced. View all feedback.

The only consistently disappointing thing about Fork and Salad is that they run out of freshly baked bread by dinner time each evening. Baking more would be a good idea. Also, their cookies are to die for! Go there!

I absolutely LOVE Fork + Salad! The options and variety are fantastic and everything is SUPER fresh!!! Try the Home and Away if you haven't been before - and DON'T eat the cookies! (or you will be ADDICTED!) Everyone is super nice, the place is super clean, they even have board games to play!!! Must check it out!!!(*people have said they think it's 'expensive' - I could not disagree more! The Home on the Range salad feeds me for two meals and it is $14 - it's enormous and fresh and healthy and there is no way I could buy half those groceries for that price to even make it at home!)

Just received the worst salad from this place. There is no thought or care put into these over priced salads. Paid $6 extra for 3 pieces of chicken and $30 for a bowl of kale and a sprinkle of the ingredients I actually wanted. Not to mention the whole order was wrong anyway. This place used to be better, very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
