If you want something quick that you won't feel guilty about later, head to Fork and Salad. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, they don't skimp on the amount like most places, and there are so many different combinations that you'll never get sick of it. I go there almost weekly and find myself craving it often (like seriously, who craves salad?!?!). The only consistently disappointing thing about Fork and Salad i... View all feedback.

Went here for dinner one weekday after work. The salads here are varied, fresh, and LARGE. I would have to be a total health nut in order to get through one of these. They seem a bit expensive, but when you consider how much is served, on a per ounce basis they really are properly priced. View all feedback.
TRADES Friendly staff and super fresh ingredients. I love the lady in Bandana who always sings with the radio while I make salads. My favorite is the steak salad and I recommend medium dressing! I bless this salad WEEKLY.
I loved my avocabbo salad and the staff was super nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend
This place is the best! I hope they open one in Vancouver because the salad option here really suck field and social is the worst. Strong language, but its true.
Very tasty and the portions are huge, but it is very expensive. Cost you $3 to add half avocado to the meal.but as that, very tasty. Will be back.
Despite the salad having a good flavour, the ingredients were definitely NOT fresh. My girlfriend got food poisoning despite removing all the leaves and veggies that were dripping with questionable liquids, soggy or just looked putrid. I've seen other reviews indicating something similar, but I since we're never eating here again I just want the management and staff to check the freshness of their produce. It is NOT fresh, stop sending out gross looking veggies. Also we asked for chives and gave us green onions.
