I ordered 2 noodle dishes 1 quang style ?? It was different to regulat pho, but I loved it, 1 noodle salad which was not too bad but not too special. I would not order the noodle salad again in next visit as i felt something missed in taste, but the other noodle soup was great, recommended by the staff. The food is incredibly delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the prices are very reasonable.
I'm usually quite selective when it comes to Vietnamese food, but I really enjoy this place. The flavors are authentic, and there's a great variety of dishes. The Bun Cha Ca is excellent; not many places in Calgary serve it, and when I was craving it one day, Cuty did not disappoint. The beef sate pho is also delicious!
I decided to give this place a try on a whim tonight. Feeling tired and hungry, I ordered the Tom Yum ramen spring rolls to go. The aroma in my truck was amazing, and I barely parked before rushing inside with the bag to eat. WOW, was I impressed! They were incredibly delicious! I’ll definitely be back many times!
The grilled meat and spring roll vermicelli are delicious and a fantastic value.
Both broths were bland, noodles werent cooked well.
