Coco Brooks #3 Highfield - Calgary

So im trying to coordinate to pick up over 300 dollars worth of product from you guys and the order is ready as I called to ask and it's for a twam fundraising... read more So im trying to coordinate to pick up over 300 dollars worth of product from you guys and the order is ready as I called to ask and it's for a twam fundraising event.. I called and asked they said its sitting in freezer ready for pick up between 5 and 6 today and I called as I can't make it due to my other kids hockey game since I'm managing that team so I asked if I could come on my lunch break at the 48 Ave sw location but they are very not willing and understanding that im trying to come grab this sooner as they said that they will NOT accommodate me picking it up early that I have to get there or someone else will get my food and that's on them to coordinate from there... I don't understand if the order is ready in the freezer why I can't pick it up... this is for fundraising... if coco brooks is family oriented then why don't they understand this situation?? this is just ridiculous!! not very customer driven.... this is just wrong and horrible service especially when I'm trying to get there to grab it when it's ready... there is no reasoning to this....

I fell in love with the bacon double cheeseburger pizza and the banana bread is off the charts. I’ve had everything on the menu at least twice, you can’t make a bad choice. The dine in experience is timeless, the flavour in the food the smell in the air, always the same, never gets old. Coco brooks pizza is always hot and fresh out of the oven. Best pizza in town.
