Briggs Kitchen - Calgary

Great staff! Amazing food!!! I have been 4 times in the last 2 months and I maybe go out to eat 3-4 times a year! The chicken pot pie on their featured lunch is indescribable! The crust is almost like a croissant it's so flaky! And the braised short rib gnocchi for brunch...Unbelievable! The punch bowl at brunch... I rarely drink (am actually super boring) but definitely make the exception for the punch bowl! I will definitely be returning for the chicken pot pie and gnocchi. I'm sure other things are great too but seriously could not pass up these sure winners!

Calgary has some of the best chefs, high quality ingredients food thats prepared top notch! Briggs is a great example with an amazing menu, tons of choices great people working there. We had the smokey wings, beet salad with pistachios, cheese fondue, carrot soup pulled pork sliders. It was all done perfect and had tons of flavor in every dish. The chef here knows how to mix flavors make a tasty experience! Our first visit was excellent and we will be back to enjoy more of what they offer.

The food was amazing! The calamari with fennel slaw was perfectly seasoned with a spicy dressing. The best steak sandwich I've ever had, and the pot of chocolate dessert was so decadent, a must for any chocoholic!

Awesome food wonderful staff, my sisters, cousin and I all enjoyed our brunch there today and we will be back to try out other brunch items on the menu. I really loved the Croque Madame, and my sisters enjoyed the different Benny's they had. Then we all shared the Lemon Meringue Waffles. Perfect finish to the wonderful meal.
