OK, I'm conflicted ..... I don't want to tell you how good it is but I was there twice last week, once to show off and once as usual for lunch, so I guess it's... read more OK, I'm conflicted ..... I don't want to tell you how good it is but I was there twice last week, once to show off and once as usual for lunch, so I guess it's about time I spread the joy! This place is a teeny tiny little hole in the wall. There are no tables to sit down at and it's take out only and chances are you're gonna be the only dorky while guy in there 9 times out of 10 ...... Now, if you like Asian style BBQ you now owe me a beer ! (grin) It's simply the best in Calgary. Period! It blows away places like Happy Valley downtown. I go in for a "lunch box" that for me that is usually Soya Chicken and the BBQ pork - you better be hungry. Option two is to upscale for a buck more to $9 and get BBQ Duck and then the BBQ Pork. If you don't understand Asian BBQ Duck Skin please ignore this review .... it's not for you. (grin) Half the time I break down and get an extra pound of BBQ pork and some roast pork for dinner that night as well because if I go home and tell the warden I went to BBQ Express for lunch and didn't bring her any back she yells at me!It's a Asian BBQ house, that's to go only, and the food is for the gods! BTW - The guy I took on Monday to show off to is now hooked and so's the wifey!Cheers'Dave
