My favourite place to eat!! Honestly the staff is so nice and friendly, special thanks to Uzefa who always remembers us and makes the best crunchy chicken wrap/bowl!! Me and my boyfriend really love the food and have never had a bad experience!!
I need to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Crowfoot Calgary location. On November 17 at around 4:30 PM, the staff were incredibly curt and rude. They only offered me a small amount of cheese, and when I requested more, I received just a few extra kernels. The portion of meat was also significantly less than what I'm accustomed to. When I asked for the signature hot sauce, they applied an excessive amount and even laughed in my face while speaking about me in another language. This experience was so disappointing that I’m considering not returning to any of your restaurants. The rudeness throughout my visit was unacceptable.
I experienced unprofessional behavior when it came to handing my order to the delivery driver. When I arrived at the store, a woman asked for my order number, which I provided. However, after she finished preparing my food, she asked for the order number again. I declined to repeat it, and despite waiting for 25 minutes, I was not given my order. It was quite disappointing to be treated this way.
Fantastic, high-quality burritos that stand out from other Mexican food chains. The ingredient quality was top-notch, and our taco maker was incredibly friendly and attentive while preparing our tacos and burritos. We arrived close to closing time, and even though they were winding down, they still served us without any problems.
