Just a heads-up, be aware that they charge extra for the options that aren't fries.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!First visit here for breakfast and was thoroughly disappointed.Had to bring back the eggs twice (how do you mess up scrambled eggs? , received... read more DO NOT EAT HERE!!First visit here for breakfast and was thoroughly disappointed.Had to bring back the eggs twice (how do you mess up scrambled eggs? , received another order completely wrong and food was cold.We weren 't the only ones who had issues today either. One person attempted to ask for butter and was ignored for 5 minutes. Another was charged for a completely different order than the one they asked for. Overall horrible service.On top of that, washroom was an absolute DISASTER. Overflowed toilets and appears that the washroom hadn 't been cleaned in some time (days, not hours .Update: Received the response below from A&W and after emailing them, I received a response from Robyn. She stated that she was going to 'investigate '. After promising to call back, she never did. I emailed back due to lack of response and receive a call saying she 'didn 't find anything '. Which was odd bit hey, she was protecting her team. Rather than taking responsibility, I was accused of lying about my visit (odd that she said she reviewed video and couldn 't find issues stated they have video in the washrooms?? Shame. Perfect opportunity to correct issues and I would try this location again if properly managed. But, after the response I received I would never walk through these doors again.
