I visited the restaurant today around 3:30 PM. When I walked in, the young woman at the counter noticed me but chose to turn her back and continued with her packaging tasks. After waiting for a while, I asked her if she was going to take my order, but she completely ignored me. I recommend retraining your staff, as this level of customer service is not acceptable.
I ordered a rooster roll combo today, and just twenty minutes after eating it, I was feeling sick and had to run to the bathroom. Considering that they microwave everything, I can't say I'm surprised. Unfortunately, this has happened every time I've eaten from this place.
The burger I had tonight looked like it was hastily assembled by a toddler. It honestly felt like I was eating dog food. From now on, I think I’ll stick to KFC. I would have included a photo if I had known that was possible.
Waited an hour and a half in the drive thru on a Saturday night! Why not have extra staff on!
Good food. And good prices. After today's visit I was extremely happy with the friendly staff. And the customer service was exceptional. Best I have had this year from this store. The food was much freshener and flavourful.. there have been some good changes here
