Club Tavern - Caboolture

I haven't been to this pub for years but was really impressed today. Josh was lovely, very personable and professional.2 of us just shared a calamari, salad and chips and it was really lovely. Best calamari I've had in a while, the aioli was great and the chips and salad was good too. Very happy.

Staff were friendly enough, but there was certainly no wow factor. Dining room staff needed more training in food handling procudures. .. Tasty, but certainly nothing flash. There is no Salad or Vegie Bar, no bread rolls. Just an average pub meal.

Our main courses were delivered incorrectly - we offered to accept with a free beer to compensate. Tasty, but certainly nothing flash. There is no Salad or Vegie Bar, no bread rolls. And there was minimal people dining in at this time. Nothing to invite us back again so that was our last visit. This is the first below average review I have done, so it is the case that this venue did not meet average benchmark targets.

First time at this establishment. When ordering drinks from Bar the lady kept us waiting for 8mins while she served and chatted to the regulars. Yes she did acknowledge our presence. Food was alright. Also they DO NOT have alternate sugar for tea/coffee for those of us who use it. Cashier was not happy we cancelled our coffees because of it.

Took the family here for dinner this week and the service and food was amazing. They have a great kids play area, and old school arcade games that were super fun (for kids and the adults)
