Beachmere Tavern Restaurant

I was there yesterday with 2 Interstate friends for lunch. the hotel itself is nice, but it wasn't so great. a friend had chicken parmy and huh over boiled and very crusty. we had both roast pork. the vegies had been boiled for years and toasted the same. the flesh was hard fat and not a bit of a bite, but a little heavy. the knife would not cut the brocilli or carrots. I think they should invest in steak knives for a better cut. a very nice place for a meal, but the chef must be playing on. the young lady who took our food and bought our order was beautiful.

Do not believe that the old reviews of this place have really improved since the renovation! the service is fantastic and eating is delicious? Friday evenings are also quite busy, so make sure they come here early for dinner?

A little disappointed. with a cucumber and although we did not know what was in the tavern, we had to sit in the bar area. when our meal finally appeared, the chicken carbonara had no taste. lack of taste, as she could only taste, was cream. I had the rump and it was very grisly and the caesar salate that accompanied the (chips and salat) was softened in dressing. yuk do not go on a Thursday evening as it is very loud and they have trivia so they do not have a conversation with people as they have a guy on a microphone who asks them.
