I ordered medium rare but this is medium well. the waiter insisted this is m rare an would not take care of us. The steak house does not serve their steak correctly. It was my birthday dinner. Very disappointed View all feedback.

I was disappointed in the host. It's was our 5th wedding anniversary and the host didn't set us at a good table.we had to wait for another table and it wasn't the table that we wanted. Our food was cold and they took too long and our waiter forgot our food. We will never come back to this restaurant again!... Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
We had dinner at this restaurant prior to a show there. We were excited to be having dinner at the top of the tallest building in the area and at what is supposed to be so nice. We found the decor to be dated but the real surprise was in my dish of scallops, one bite and I was overwhelmed with what smelled and acted like ammonia going into my sinuses. I spit that out and quickly googled this and found this answer:i f scallops have a strong ammonia-like odor or taste, they are likely spoiled and should not be eaten. Summoned the waiter who seemed skeptical at best but took the dish away, sent the maitre d who spoke to us and just said the scallops were delivered to them that morning. I wish i had responded that they may want to check with their source. Big disappointment all the way around. We won't be back.
Went to the restaurant to celebrate a birthday this past Saturday. I was weary because of the price of everything but the food was excellent! I got a Caesar salad and it was good and the main dish the Seafood Fettuccini was delicious. My boyfriend got the oysters to share and he enjoyed them. The level of care to clean the table and the service to our group between dishes was top notch. The piano player/singer (didn't catch her name) was wonderful Planning on coming back for my anniversary! Thank you for taking good care of us

From start to finish the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food was remarkably delicious Tommy Hawk Pork Chop, Twice Baked Potatoe, Salomon Grilled

Cielo is always a great experience. Even next to a large party, the noise was not enough to drown out the pianist. My wife and I recently went for our 33 anniversary. The steaks were fantastic as always, and try the corn creme brulee!

**Date of Visit:** Sunday, September 3rd **Time:** From 6:15 PM **Seating:** We were seated in a lovely booth by the window with a southward view of the San Jacinto Mountains. **Hosts:** Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the main host due to minimal interaction. However, Adam stood out as the most attentive host. His professionalism and teamwork truly made a difference. **Staffing Issues:** I observed four problematic staff members, with three of them directly impacting our experience. One had served us during a previous visit, adding to the negative impression. **Facility:** The restaurant itself is impressive, there's no doubt about that. **Food:** The food was also impressive, particularly the sea bass. However, when the server and the greeter approached our table, they failed to explain the dish properly and displayed a lack of eye contact and rushed speech. Their demeanor suggested they were time-pressed and somewhat irritated, which was disappointing. **Suggestions:** Tips should ideally be given in sealed envelopes to ensure that they go directly to deserving individuals. The best host, Adam, deserves recognition, while others who are less attentive should not benefit from his hard work. Our initial visit was exactly what we anticipated, but following a few recent visits, I’ve noticed a troubling trend regarding the service towards my guests and me. Each dining experience seemed to deteriorate, reflecting a lack of fervor from the staff. One host in particular seemed focused on certain tables, providing them with excellent service—frequent refills and enjoyable conversation—while our table received service that felt cafeteria-like at best. When I requested black pepper for our salads, we had nearly finished before she returned, only to ask if we needed anything. I had to remind her about the pepper, and even then, she took her time addressing the needs of other patrons before attending to us. Drink service was inconsistent, with requests needing to be specifically directed to her, no matter where she was. Even coffee service left much to be desired; my second cup was only half-full and unceremoniously served. The service at our table felt lacking, making me pine for a better experience elsewhere. To the management of this establishment: please hire staff who leave their negative attitudes at the door. Your customers deserve the five-star treatment that your talented chefs and inviting atmosphere promise. Unfortunately, some frontline employees overshadow the commendable efforts of your culinary team. I had originally planned to host a special 20-person dinner party here; however, I must now seek a venue willing to provide the attentive service my guests and I deserve, even if it costs twice as much. I refuse to allow the low professionalism of a few individuals to make my guests feel unwelcome. In conclusion, your restaurant has potential, but a few frontline representatives do not meet the standard. Based on my experiences, I cannot return. If your goal is to deter customers like me, then you’ve succeeded. The hospitable nature of a staff member like Adam was the only reason we stayed; his attentiveness and dedication to customer service are qualities that are truly commendable. He could thrive in any top-tier restaurant. Thank you, Adam, for enhancing our dining experience with your efforts while we enjoyed our calamari.
The service was very good and quite professional. It took a little while for us to receive our water and bread, but our meals arrived in a timely manner. The food was outstanding. We ordered filet mignon, potatoes, a wedge salad, and carrots—all cooked perfectly. Since I mentioned that it was a special birthday, our server surprised us with a lovely brownie and a chocolate-covered strawberry as part of the meal, which was a nice touch! We even had the pleasure of meeting the Assistant General Manager and were pleased to share that our server, Jared, was fantastic. We would definitely return, but next time, I would request a booth.
Incredible food! We managed to get a table without reservations just 10 minutes before closing! We were really hungry, so we ordered immediately. The watermelon salad was delicious, and both the pork chop and sea bass were fantastic! I’ll definitely return if I'm in the area, but next time I’ll be sure to make a reservation!
We had an excellent experience dining here! Our group of 14 received outstanding service. The food was superb; I don't think I've ever had a steak that was as good as this one. The vegetables were decent, though not quite like homemade. Overall, both the meal and the service were fantastic, and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking.

The food was delicious and our server Enrique was wonderful. He made every effort to ensure an excellent evening. I highly recommend a visit to Cielo with Enrique
