This place is a dream. Located on the 28th floor of Morongo Casino and Resort. My husband took me here for our 16th wedding anniversary and I was incredibly impressed. There’s an elevator ThT takes you directly to the top and it is complete blueaesthetic. Absolute luxury. Once the doors open again you step into a long gorgeous hallways adorned with art and the mostbreathtaking scenic view. The restaurant itself has traditional steak house seating but the center of the room has an elegantpianist on what looks like a baby grand and a massive chandelier. The lighting is low but bold with what I would say is hotpink. There is an upper level seating area and a bar. The staff of course is very attentive and very professional. I have tried5 steakhouse in Riverside county and Cielo is definitely TOP 5 . The ambiance sets the mood for a very sexy evening. It isnumber one for aesthetic hands down! Absolutely loved this place so upset I forgot to review it. I have the entire video on myig but I’m sharing tidbits here. Also if you’re looking for the whole experience… DRESS ACCORDINGLY. Black suit. Blackevening dress. The walk from the car is a bit much so maybe not your most uncomfortable heel. ????
We went with another couple on a date night. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the casino. The view was amazing. We waited a few minutes to be seated, despite our reservation, but the large windows and the view kept us distracted. Ourserver was kind and extremely attentive. She did not linger excessively at the table, but always made herself available. Thecalamari was great. It was actually a seafood mix. The sauce that it was paired with complimented the dish well. The bread bowlalso deserves a mention. The salmon and sea bass were delicious and cooked to perfection. I would also recommend thelamb. Overall, it was an excellent place to dine for a date night. I would go again.
I am a Vietnam veteran so my wife likes to take me out on Veterans Day, it is also our wedding anniversary, and I like to take her out to celebrate. There is no nice restaurants in Banning, were we live. My wife suggested we try Cielo Restaurant. Theatmosphere was very pleasant, then things got bad. Wen we order our meal, Jared, our waiter, told us it will take 45 minutes toprepare them, so my wife order Brie as an appetizer. She order pasta with vegetables for dinner and I order the Kansas CityStake, with mushrooms and onions on top. We had coffee to drink. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to serve our dinner. The brie wasbarely melted. The bottom part was a solid piece. The pasta had no flavor and it also had to much butter, or oil. My plate camewith a large piece of meat with no sites. I was never told that this meal was a la carte. Jared, our waiter told me the meatwill be pink inside and juicy. I responded that is the way I like it. But the steak was over cooked, dry and fatty . More thanonce I had to take pieces of gristle from my mouth. I left quite of bit of the steak, because it was no possible to eat it.Very gross. We requested refill for our coffee, four times and we were served 3 times. We wore never asked for refills themself. A restaurant employee call us the next day and asked about our experience. When I told her she was shocked and asked if Iwould talk to the manager. I said yes. She told me he would call right away. But he didn't. When I reach out to the restaurant,days later, I was told they will hand deliver the message directly to BOB, the restaurant manager. He never did contacted me. Aweek later my wife and I went back to the restaurant to talk to BOB, the manager of the restaurant. BOB informed us that brie isno serve like fondued. My wife told BOB it is also no serve as a block of cheese. When we told BOB about the pasta dish, hetold us it was our fault no to report it. When I told BOB about my steak, he told me it was my fault

The food was amazing, but we waited over an hour and a half to get our meal after our order was taken. We didn’t get spoken to from our server or manager until they realized that we were ready to cancel our order and leave. This was very disappointing because the previous times we’ve eaten at Cielo it’s been an amazing experience.
The food was exceptional. The service was amazing. My only issue was with the hostess. She was rude. Then I saw her (after seating me) go to a table right beside me. She flirted with them gave her phone and told them when she was off. It was a table of men; it did not seem appropriate for the situation made us uncomfortable. Especially because she was cold and rude to me my party. Everyone else was professional and wonderful.
This restaurant is nice. Our server was fantastic, and the food was delicious. The windows could use a cleaning, so the view was just okay. I was disappointed that the piano player wasn't there, but overall it was a great dining experience.
We selected the ideal restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. All the hostesses, hosts, and waiters wished us a happy anniversary and made sure to make note of our special occasion. The food was exceptional and the drinks were excellent. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to others and look forward to returning in the future.

I recently dined at a restaurant and tried the 14 oz New York Strip steak, which was cooked perfectly to medium rare. It had a wonderful char and impressive grill marks, making it extremely flavorful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the garlic shrimp; they were large and quite expensive, but lacked much flavor. As for the petite 8 oz portion...

When we ordered our meals, our waiter Jared informed us that it would take 45 minutes to prepare them. My wife decided to order Brie as an appetizer and chose pasta with vegetables for her main course, while I opted for the Kansas City steak topped with mushrooms and onions. We both had coffee to drink. Unfortunately, our dinner took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. The Brie was barely melted and had a solid center, while the pasta lacked flavor and was overly buttery or oily. My steak, which I was told would be cooked to a juicy pink, arrived overcooked, dry, and fatty. I was unable to eat most of it as it was too tough. We asked for coffee refills four times but were only served three. The following day, a restaurant employee called us to inquire about our experience. When I shared our concerns, she seemed shocked and asked if I would be willing to speak to the manager. I agreed, but he never reached out to me. When I visited the restaurant again, I was told that my feedback would be passed directly to Bob, the manager, but he also failed to contact me. A week later, my wife and I returned to the restaurant to speak with Bob. He dismissed our complaints, claiming that the Brie was not as bad as I described. When my wife pointed out that her dish was also unsatisfactory, Bob blamed us for not reporting it sooner. He insisted that it was my fault for not mentioning the issues with my steak at the time. My wife and I were raised not to waste food, which is why we didn't make a fuss about the meals while we were there. However, we were both disappointed that such a seemingly elegant restaurant would serve subpar food at such high prices. I wouldn’t have felt compelled to write this review had Bob not ignored our concerns. If there is a higher authority above him who wishes to discuss our experience, we would be happy to share more. Top notch dinning experience. Unique and tasteful food. Everything I ordered was great.
Beautiful Steakhouse. Great service. Delicious food. Best steak I've had EVER!!!! Met the COO, who helped make my birthday dinner even better. We will definitely be visiting again. Our Server was Gorge. He was very knowledgeable about the meats, and wines. Very friendly guy.
Beyond my expectations!! This was the BEST find when asking Google for food in the area. The atmosphere, service and food was Great!! Jared our server was everything! Our food very tasty we had no idea how amazing this place was going to be.
