It's o... read more One of my favorite Arby's...They are quick! So many of the Arby's give slow service...not this one, you'll be in and out and back on the road in a flash! It's often a kill two birds with one stone deal, gas a good meal, potty break and away we go!

I bought the chicken nuggets, I don't know why, I went in there to buy the beef. The chicken nuggets were delicious and more like homemadethat other chains. If you want hot sauce and you're on the road, don't get the mixed pepper sauce. That sauce is not in adipping cup. I had to lower my rating from 5 stars. I ordered a sandwich and extra beef on the side for my pup. They forgot topack the sandwich. Why would I order meat with nothing else? Why wouldn't the girl who read my receipt wonder the same thingwhen packing my bag? It's a truck stop. Obviously I don't want to have to walk back to correct it. And thankfully I checkedbefore pulling away. I went back in and showed the receipt to the girl. She got my sandwich. I'm not sure she had the ability tospeak. Never mind an apology, she didn't say a word at any time. There was another employee watching her, I think training her,who clearly was uncomfortable with her lack of customer skills. Some employees are good, others should find differentemployment. I plan to patronize this Arby's again.

The place wasn’t very busy, yet... read more Given that it's situated in a truck stop, I hadn’t eaten at Arby’s in years, and this visit definitely won’t make me hurry back. The place wasn’t very busy, yet the staff treated everyone as if they never expected us to return. The person who took my order and the one who called my name both seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. Little did they know I was just there trying to find a place to live since I’m moving to the area. The regular Arby’s sandwich didn’t live up to my memories, but it was enough to tide me over until my next meal.
