In the past, it was quick service, and you rarely had to wait for anything. However, recently, after placing your order, they make you park and then wait for over 10 minutes before you get your food. This isn't just a one-off occurrence; it's been the case every time we've been there, and I’ve noticed others experiencing the same thing. I’m not sure what changed, but as a long-time customer, I see this as a downside. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you. The quality of the food remains consistent—neither better nor worse than any other Wendy's. It's really the service time that needs improvement. Food: 3, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2.

None of them made eye contact, and not a single person acknowledged me by saying they'd be with me shortly. The customer service was terrible. The manager approached a woman who was waiting for signatures but completely ignored the paying customers in line. Instead, the manager yelled at the employees in the back and then went back to a meeting with others in the rear of the restaurant. This is unacceptable. It seems like everyone at this location could really benefit from some customer service training. Rating: Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

But today I met a very kind and people oriented employee, she was at the drive up window and I had a question about the sauce on their new sandwich, so I didn't waste my money she recommended I taste the sauce before buying and I thought that was an amazing gesture ! I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but the new sandwich was AMAZING!!! Service: Takeaway
