But this KFC is a... read more I recently moved to the area and had some disappointing experiences with KFC in the past, mostly because of wrong orders and unfriendly staff. But this KFC is a pleasant surprise! The service is quick, my order was spot-on, and the staff were very welcoming. I really enjoyed my visit and will certainly return. Having a Taco Bell in the same building is an added bonus!

I had no issue with that, bu... read more While waiting for my food at KFC, a worker who was emptying trash bins was asked by the manager to assist with filling food orders. I had no issue with that, but my concern was that the worker didn’t change his gloves before handling the food. I politely brought it to his attention, and he promptly removed the gloves, washed his hands, and put on a clean pair. Just a concerned customer appreciating the KFC menu.

The food had a strange flavor, possibly due to something off in the seasoning or oil—almost a fishy taste. I would also advise against the prepackaged chocolate chip cookie, as it tasted artificial, especially the chocolate chips. I imagine Colonel Sanders himself wouldn’t be pleased. The booth seats and table were dirty, with crumbs scattered all around. While the bathroom was fairly clean, the toilet seat definitely needs to be replaced. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed during my visit, and I felt a bit sorry for the employees.

It might be better to have the manager avoid direct customer interactions. Moreover, my order was incorrect, and I didn't get my chicken quesadilla.

I just wish I had ta... read more I want to begin by saying that the girl at the counter was exceptionally helpful and friendly—she was definitely the highlight of my visit. I just wish I had taken a picture of my meal. I ordered a 2-piece box, but the leg was pretty small; even a wing or drumette would have felt small. Unfortunately, the chicken was very dry, which is unusual for dark meat. The only saving grace was the coleslaw. After picking up my food, I drove 20 minutes home before eating, or else I would have returned it.
