Great food, best beef carving I had for a long time! all the food that came out looked so good with massive portions. the garlic seafood topping (I think it was called neptune topping) was sooo good. overall the pub lacks a little atmosphere, but it is essential! recommend it for a stop. service: 4/5 location: 5/5 .more

It was very quiet when we came, we were the only ones eating while there were few people in the bar. Ordered burger and chips, also their eye fillet steak. Foods took a while to come even though we were the only customers. Staff was friendly. Portion is very generous with the chips and burger, but my eye fillet is small, obviously steak is expensive. However I can’t tell that it is from a good cut, to me it was just ok, definitely not the best steak I have had. I like their mushroom sauce though and the salad. Overall okay feed, but the place need refreshments since it was a bit dark inside and old, a bit depressing and not the most inviting place to eat at.
