A cozy spot where we had a delightful family meal. The food was excellent, and our children had a great time chatting with Tim and playing the pianola! We felt so welcomed—this might be the best family dining experience we've ever had. All four kids (and very relaxed parents) are already looking forward to our next visit! This is the first hotel ever that has placed us in a tiny dining room for two. Fire place. How romantic, how wonderful was the meal and service? Memories are made from days like this ????

A most interesting and friendly host is Tim. great conversations and some great history about Burra and it's surrounds. nice wines, beer and a lovely meal cooked by Sarah in the gorgeously fitted out dining room, with a pianola no less, made our visit to Burra special. a we'll run establishment, a great feel to, and comfy. can't wait to get back!
