S.A. wines and Italian wines by the bottle all $35 each plus Aust. and Italian beers. Water bottles and condiments on the table. Worth a visit, but like I said they encourage self help.

We stopped for lunch on Saturday. The pizzas are just to die for - but be warned they are BIG! My husband and I walked out with a "doggy box" as did many others. But the pizzas are authentic and just hand crafted beautifully! You can taste the love that goes into the pizzas. Unfortunately we had no more room for dessert but just for two perfect espressos. We have been a couple of times and will return soon!
This time a 70th Birthday celebration for my spouse with a large group of friends, and once again a very happy and pleasant experience. Since our last party three years ago there have been some exiting additions, now also incorporating an out-door dining area overlooking the Burra Creek. We opted for a buffet style service (virtually more than you can eat!) of anti-pasta, delicious La Porchetta seasoned pork roll, three different pasta dishes, woodoven pizza to die for and an Italian birthday cake made especially for the celebrity. A great selection of wines and beers complimented the occasion.Congratulations again to Paolo, Claire and very obliging staff Emilie and James. Our fiends have been calling and messaging since commenting on the wonderful experience.More than very highly recommended once again.
What a welcoming venue it is. From the moment you enter the restaurant and warmly greeted through to the sensational aromas that emanate from the kitchen it was a delightful lunch. Having a record player pumping out tunes from vinyl LPs through slightly wonky speakers while we selected a bottle of wine from the fridge tells you abut about the place. I had fresh pasta with a ragout which was plentiful and tasty. My partner had a pizza. Perhaps we have become used to very flavoursome pizzas in Australia. This one while well cooked really nicely didn't wow you and we left somewhat disappointed. I would go here for lunch again but it isn't dinner material. I also think that the table arrangements could have been better the long rows of tables is somewhat off putting. How about some round tables for couples or small groups?
