12 family members went last night. Expected pub food and got restaurant quality. Nothing failed. Staff were super friendly and food chosen was just that bit different. Bill of $475.reasonable considering we had plenty of entre selection and then main courses.. Plus about 3 bottles...More.
What User doesn't like about Feathers Pavilion:
Came here with a group of friends for breakfast. Lovely surroundings, lovely waitress with great service, nice coffee BUT when our breakfast came out all of us who ordered poached eggs got hard eggs. Sadly if the chef can't poach eggs properly then don't sent out hard ones that can't soak into your toast. I use a cheap poacher from Coles & they come out perfect each time. Other than that, everything else was nice. View all feedback.
Nice decor for their outdoor kitchen and generally not too full. Eating is above average, but quite a lot they expect from a beautiful pub. good service and cheap. if they want a place to have a drink and bite with a few kumpels this is a good choice
Came for a birthday dinner and at the end of the night I came to the conclusion that there was no good choice. first it took so long to eat. after our order came almost an hour later the waiter came to our table and told us that our orders were not brought into the kitchen! the restaurant wasn't even booked? After half an hour, our food arrived. I have her special, which was fish and chips. young, these pommes were so tender and thundered in the oil. Oil was literally half flooded the plate. I'm rarely sending food again, but this time I just had to. the staff did not look too happy, but they know that eating was not served with the price we pay. fish pieces were also like children. funghi pizza was the highlight. it was pretty good. not sure if the employees were not trained or not aware, but we had to ask for more water. for the price they pay, I think there is so much to improve.
One of the most beautiful breakfasts we had and hit on the cake with the entertainment voucher! we are coming back here. coffee a eat a service a
Only good at this restaurant was the staff that was eating pretty bad. I ordered fish that were smaller than a child's station, and my friends had tasted the duck curry they said. very disappointing!
It's a bit difficult to give the score about the food as we just had a tart and smoke salmon baguette. The chocolate was good, I like it, not that sweet but delicious. As for the salmon baguette wasn't good but not too bad (average). The baguette alone was a bit funny I think, the baguette I know has a crispy crust texture and cream colour. But this baguette has a dark brown colour and crispy texture the whole bread, more like a toast than a baguette. And for the drinks, the ice chocolate was nice but the glass to small, and for mocha was average, doesn't taste like mocha. Service is good. And I do like the ambience and decoration.
