At this bustling restaurant, customer experiences vary dramatically. While some patrons have lauded the efficiency and cleanliness of the service, others grapple with significant issues, including unsatisfactory food presentation and disturbing encounters with staff. Reports of unprofessional behavior and hygiene concerns have overshadowed positive culinary offerings, like the popular Signature Sandwich. I just know there are a lot of hispanics work here, and dont understand English. Also my food has become sloppy. My Cole slaw is not in a container its thrown in to go plate. And my fries swimming around in the Cole slaw juice. Also a worker in the kitchen eating food. I will not be back!
My family and I frequently dine at Zaxby's, particularly at this location, and we typically have a great experience. However, today I ordered two grilled Cobb salads and discovered that one of them contained rotten lettuce and a moldy egg. I took some pictures to document the condition of the food.
On the plus side, the service was excellent, especially considering how busy they were. We received our order quickly, and the place was nice and clean inside. As for improvements, this is a bit nit-picky, but I tried the new Signature Sandwich, which is marketed to compete with Popeyes, and it was very impressive. However, it could use a bit more sauce; otherwise, it might have been the best sandwich. I'm really just splitting hairs here. In summary, this franchise did an amazing job!

Over cooked stale chicken tenders this pass Saturday. One of the workers son was playing and washing his hands in the soda fountain while filling up on drinks. Unbelievable and stale fries mixed with burnt fries. The entire employee staff was rude andstaring as if the never seen and interracial couple before. I will definitely get the word out about that never will I step??????? place in this place again. Total disappointment and disrespectful
