She was so on top of everything t... read more Amazing experience tonight. Me and my buddies decided to go out for some beer and wings. Our server was a redhead name Kasidy. She was so on top of everything throughout the night and gave amazing service. Our food came out on point and everything wasdelicious. It was a plus because we had a gorgeous server. will be back!

Took my family here for my husband's birthday. He loves the wings. We were seated, but it took 20 minutes to get water. They place wasn't that busy but still to... read more Took my family here for my husband's birthday. He loves the wings. We were seated, but it took 20 minutes to get water. They place wasn't that busy but still took an hour to get our food. When we did, the shrimp, hot sandwiches and fries were cold. Wehad to go to the bar to get refills on water and the waitress was across the restaurant with other tables more frequently thanwith us. The bartender was even rude and refused to help us. We talked to the manager, but he acted like it was all OK, not evenan apology. That was a waste of $200. I finally got my whole family there after 20 years of trying and this experience ruinedit for us. It's the worst experience we've had in the 30 years of going to hooters.

There was a bar guest who showed signs of being... read more I unfortunately experienced a very unpleasant and uncomfortable evening at the Mall of GA Hooters this evening. There was a bar guest who showed signs of being belligerent and made other guests and hooters employees visibly uncomfortable. The manager onduty was Paul and he showed zero care or concern about what was happening at the bar. He came out once at the beginning when thebartender requested the unruly guest be cut off I saw the guest drink a single frozen pina colada. Afterwards the bartenderrealized he was unfit for business. Paul didnt appear for another hour and a half, even after the bartenders and bar patronsrequested him. He then proceeded to walk by the angry guest (who was standing in the bar entrance) almost as if he ignored thesituation, it would go away. In the End it took a guest to walk the vending individual out because management wasnon-responsive.

Emma, our server was very sweet and did a great job! Food took awhile. Wings were absolutely DOUSED in sauce. They were just so fatty Icouldn?t eat more than 2. Not to mention, ridiculously expensive. Was very disappointed.

She was packe... read more We were told it would be an hour, I?m sure they were short staffed. We found a spot at the bar and was greeted by Ashley with a smile on her face. She was packed the whole time and still gave great service. We had our food promptly and with no issue. Whenthere was a complaint from other guests, she took it and made it happen regardless and with a great attitude. As a fellowindustry manager, I love seeing it and it is amazing when you have employees that are as pleasant as she was. Great job Ashleyand thank you! We will be back.
