They arrived cold, poorly seasoned, and there was more breading than actual chicken. Perhaps the food is better when ordered in person, but I would recommend sticking to places like Pizza Hut or other alternatives for online orders.

While waiting you can take pictures in the photo booth, pick your own music out, and look at merchandise. The food was excellent and the crab is amazing. This is a great place and best environment to have a drink.

She was so on top of everything throughout the night and gave amazing service. Our food came out on point and everything wasdelicious. It was a plus because we had a gorgeous server. will be back!

They place wasn't that busy but still took an hour to get our food. When we did, the shrimp, hot sandwiches and fries were cold. Wehad to go to the bar to get refills on water and the waitress was across the restaurant with other tables more frequently thanwith us. The bartender was even rude and refused to help us. We talked to the manager, but he acted like it was all OK, not evenan apology. That was a waste of $200. I finally got my whole family there after 20 years of trying and this experience ruinedit for us. It's the worst experience we've had in the 30 years of going to hooters.
