Vasilis Express - Buffalo

Smh eating is usually quite good and fast. but I can't find out for living from me why if I and pay for tzatziki on the side I never get it. feels rude to take my pickup order before the person who put it together, but I only recommend if they ever intend to get what they actually paid for

Eating was terrible not all I paid! cheat $32 down the drain, where is the extra feta chicken hard as the hell and only two pieces too. I'll call last hour and half and I can't get it.

8/1/21 Usually we love this place but the service and cooking have both gone down the drain man. First, no one answered the phone after calling 3 times over 20 minutes. So I go into the location. Dude is on the phone. Really? So it works, you just choose when to answer it. Okay. I asked for the loukoumades. The cook leans out from the back to tell me they don’t have them, but they leave it on the menu because someone “took the time to draw it.” Okay. Whatever. I ordered the Athenian burger, a favorite, asked for it WELL DONE. To which they replied that they cook ALL the burgers well done. Cool. Then the cook comes back out to tell me they actually do have the loukoumades. Alright then. Finally get the food. BUT DOES THIS LOOK WELL DONE TO YOU, MATE? DOES ANYONE WORKING HERE KNOW WHATS GOING ON? Because if I had wanted to cook my own burger tonight I WOULD HAVE.

The prices on the menu board in the store were all 4$ lower than what they were charging. When I asked upon payment they said price is subject to change. They had two different radios going one was playing pop and the other was playing screamo. Not worth the money

Sad. I am sorry but this was NOT good. I paid $12 for a hummus vegetarian wrap, this is what I received. I DO NOT recommend. Honestly, pita was stale not even warmed up. It was hard not soft. You can see 1 tiny piece of tomato, barely any lettuce and cucumber. This did not taste good. Just not at all what I was expecting with such a hefty price tag. Terribly disappointed. Do better Vasilis Express, do better.
