Long waits, as of recent, at this Starbucks make it hard to want to come back. Ordering one drink with the whole store filled with people waiting makes me less likely to come back. Though I get a Starbucks daily, the experience at this locations has not been the same. Baristas and customers used to know one another and exchange casual conversation. You barely get a hello now from most of them. Trash service. Waited 10 minutes for a black coffee after ordering. These workers don't deserve a union, they deserve unemployment.
Pretty decent service, sometimes cranky employees but other than that pretty good
This is the second time in a month I have found coffee grounds in my coffee… from a coffee shop. Do better !
