I waited half an hour for my simple cold brew while my double roasted cheese danish went cold. This was the worst experience I've had at Dieucks, especially with 20 pre-orders sitting on the counter for ages. The staff really needs to learn how to prioritize tasks; having some people skills and a smile would make a big difference. Unfortunately, the employees didn’t seem very friendly or happy in their jobs. Additionally, the parking situation was quite frustrating as the parking area was not easily accessible.

I had a rather unfortunate experience during my visit to the restaurant. I felt like I was held up by some demonstrators who prevented me from getting my coffee. I didn’t think that could happen to a customer. If I want to purchase coffee from Dieucks, I should be allowed to do so without any interruptions. On a positive note, the staff inside were very kind and apologetic about the rudeness of the demonstrators. They even offered me some extra toppings for my drink at no additional charge. I really wish these demonstrators would consider the impact of their actions. It would greatly enhance the dining experience for everyone.

Faster, friendly service and coffee was like I ordered.

Let the workers unionize. Knowingly leaving mobile ordering on in order to redirect that anger at those striking.. the levels corporate greed will stoop too. Next we'll see a response gaslighting either the workers and/or the customers.
