This was the worst experience I've had at Dieucks, especially with 20 pre-orders sitting on the counter for ages. The staff really needs to learn how to prioritize tasks; having some people skills and a smile would make a big difference. Unfortunately, the employees didn’t seem very friendly or happy in their jobs. Additionally, the parking situation was quite frustrating as the parking area was not easily accessible.

If customers are unsure about what to order, the staff will assist them by asking questions about their preferences and mood. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

I felt like I was held up by some demonstrators who prevented me from getting my coffee. I didn’t think that could happen to a customer. If I want to purchase coffee from Dieucks, I should be allowed to do so without any interruptions. On a positive note, the staff inside were very kind and apologetic about the rudeness of the demonstrators. They even offered me some extra toppings for my drink at no additional charge. I really wish these demonstrators would consider the impact of their actions. It would greatly enhance the dining experience for everyone.
