Though I get a Starbucks daily, the experience at this locations has not been the same. Baristas and customers used to know one another and exchange casual conversation. You barely get a hello now from most of them. Long waits, as of recent, at this Starbucks make it hard to want to come back. Ordering one drink with the whole store filled with people waiting makes me less likely to come back. One of the favorite places but this location truly needs to work on order time View all feedback.
Trash service. Waited 10 minutes for a black coffee after ordering. These workers don't deserve a union, they deserve unemployment.
Pretty decent service, sometimes cranky employees but other than that pretty good
This is the second time in a month I have found coffee grounds in my coffee… from a coffee shop. Do better !
This location wanted to unionize? They can't even get drink orders out in a timely manner and are extremely rude when you ask when you ask where your order is.
This location has a bit more employees with attitude. I admit I 'm high maintenance with some of my drinks, but when I come here it 's dark roast black, thank you very much, to avoid the eye rolls. Sbux food is a maximum 4 stars in any Western New York Sbux for me because none of them carry the fresh sandwiches, wraps, and boxes. They have poor cousin pre-wrapped protein boxes but they 're not as good as the fresh ones I 've had out of state. When I order here, however, no complaints about my orders, they always get it right!
