Staff have always been nice and helpful if needed, Food is well above fast food quality and while definitely not healthy food it's extremely delicious. It's also nice that hours go as late as they do. I wish there were more options for those with gluten related allergies and vegetarians but definitely well worth going to if those things don't affect you. Vegetarian options: Not many options but what's there is good

I spoke to the owner Dave who blamed me for my sandwich being that way. Saying I should know what I ordered. I explained I didn’t order a wet/ salty sandwich. He still insisted it was my fault with no resolution offered. I will never order from there again.

I haven't had a sub at Jim's, and that's kinda their thing, but their chicken and fries are excellent. They have a sizable lobby, so it's a good spot to eat in.... read more I haven't had a sub at Jim's, and that's kinda their thing, but their chicken and fries are excellent. They have a sizable lobby, so it's a good spot to eat in. They're also open very late (3 AM or later) which is great for night owls who want to get a late supper.
