I would change this review to much higher if only the food here was consistent. On a good night, India Gate has my absolute all time favorite Vindaloo, but more often then not it, the Vindaloo is very bland and it would seem a completely different color. Amazing. Great Portions, great price, great food and service.
The food is always delicious and Jaspul is a great owner who really cares about his cistomer base. This Christmas was hard for me because I lost my dad right before Christmas. I was so grateful that they were open for dinner that night. I almost cried when I picked up the food. Thank you for bringing a little bit of joy to me on a dark day.

Consistently delicious food, friendly service, and very affordable prices. Update: I've been living in my area for three years, and this has become my favorite Indian restaurant. Every dish I've tried is fantastic, from the appetizers to the curries and meat-focused entrees. The service is outstanding as well. Even if it weren't the closest option to my apartment, I would still go out of my way to eat here.
