What Lori S dislikes about Fanara's:
This used to be a great place for dinner. The cook changed and things have been in a downward spiral since. They also now charge 6.50 for a basket of bread. So ridiculous! The staff is extremely nice but unfortunately the food is what brings you back. I won't be back. View all feedback.

I 'm a GrubHub delivery driver who picked up an order from here at about 7 PM on the evening of August 31. Now, listen. I worked in restaurants for years when I was younger, so I understand that 's the height of the dinner rush, and I understand orders don 't always come out on time. So that 's not what I 'm upset about. What I 'm upset about is the fact that I walked in there and stood there like an idiot for ten minutes and nobody said a word to me, and it was like I was invisible. I eventually had to pick out an employee and make eye contact with them for an uncomfortable amount of time just so they would finally acknowledge my existence, and I could tell them I was here to pick up a GrubHub order for whatever the customer 's name was. I don 't care how busy you are. All you have to do is say hello to the person, say how can I help you , and then after the person answers say sorry for the delay, someone will be right with you . That takes like ten seconds total, and it would 've made all the difference in the world. And then, it also only takes a short time to poke your head in the kitchen and ask what 's the ETA on the takeout order. See, what I guess a lot of restaurants don 't realize is that GrubHub drivers work on tight schedules. At any given time, I 've usually got multiple different orders in my possession at the same time, and that is especially true during the dinner rush. So like I said, it 's not a question of the order coming out late. I can deal with that. What I can 't deal with is being ignored or left in the dark. In order to figure out whether I should wait at the restaurant or if I should deliver one of my other orders and then come back, I need information from you. And if you 're treating me like the Invisible Man, then I 'm not getting that information, and you 're inconveniencing everyone including your own customer who I 'm trying to deliver to. Please do better in the future. Service: 1

Food was ok. A little pricey for pasta. You have to pay for bread service ! With pasta? Ridiculous. I had the lasagna. It was good but not large for $26. See pictures. Our waitress was very good. Drinks $10.00 for a bloody Mary, $12 for an Aperol Spritz. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
