The lack of customer service, face mask regulations. My order was simple: turkey sandwich, I arrived at 2:30 and the staff told me they can’t toast my sandwich because the toaster was off and her answer was “take two hours to turn on”… I meant what???! Plus tomatoes were out!!! It’s insane!. I usually like yo say “give me all the veggies” instead of calling one by one, and sometimes I like jalapeños sometimes I don’t and today I didn’t want it, when I told her “without jalapeños please” she started at me saying “well you said all of them” in a no very kind way. I payed in cash and I can tell this young blonde girl already closed the cashier because she had to take out the coins attached with tape to give my change.This is the worst subway I walked in my whole life.
I got charge for 2 foot longs when I only ordered one.And employees were rude.Oh and nobody was wearing maskBye not returning to this subway.
I’ve changed my previous 4-star rating because your hours are so inconsistent. If you ever decide to establish regular business hours, I might reconsider my rating again. It’s frustrating for me since I have a conventional job with standard hours, and I can’t get breakfast there before work or grab a sandwich. It’s not that I’m upset, just really disappointed—it just doesn’t make sense. All the other Subways I know of are open for at least 10 hours a day. This doesn’t seem like a great way to earn money.
Third time I've driven out of my way to go to this location and they are closed during the day. I understand that everyone is short handed right now but I made sure to call for hours today and was told they were open until 5 pm. Pulled in at 4:15 and the guys was locking up. Change your hours online if you're closed or maybe he can actually stay until 5 pm?!?! There were a few cars that pulled in with me that had looked online for the hrs too.
I get that staff is hard to come by, but closing at 4pm? Heck, if I were the owners I would be there personally slapping together sandwiches rather than shutting the doors so early. Funny how the other fast food places have no problems keeping normal hours. Perhaps there is more to the story...
