It's a fa... read more We had an amazing meal at Amici today! I discovered them through the "Eat Drink To Go" group on Facebook, where the owner had shared some information. It's a family-friendly food truck located in Buda, and the food was fantastic! The family previously owned a restaurant in Little Italy, NYC, so they really know what they're doing. We tried a variety of salads, pastas, and chicken dishes, and everything was delicious! Each dish includes a generous portion for kids, and even the Tortellini was more than enough for my daughter. We will definitely be returning!

The salad was exactly what we needed, with all the ingredients tasting incredibly fresh; the tomatoes stood out with their fantastic flavor. As for the Lasagna, I can’t put it into words, but I really enjoyed every bite, just like my parents did. I did notice some of the flavors individually—please excuse my vague descriptions—but the sauce was delicious, as was the ricotta, and there was a wonderful mix of meats (beef? pork?). The textures were pleasant; I’m often put off by the strange textures you find in frozen lasagna. The portion sizes were generous, and the atmosphere was great. It's a family-run business with a professional yet friendly attitude, making for a wonderful dining experience. (By the way, I accidentally wrote this review for the wrong restaurant; it was seven months ago.)
