Amici - Buda

We had a great meal of Amici today! I read about them in the group “Eat Drink To Go” on FB where the owner had written. It is a family fun food truck in Buda and the food was great! The family owned a restaurant in Little Italy in NYC so they know their stuff! We had a selection of salads, pastas and chicken stables. Everything was great! You will also be half a (children) part of every dish the Tortellini is half a part and was more than enough for my daughter. We will definitely come back!

My people and I all share Chef Salad and 2 Lasagnes. We all loved it. Salad hit the spot. Its ingredients all taste fresh; I noticed the great taste of tomatoes especially. I can't describe Lasagne well. But I really excavated it from the first bite (like my parents). All right! I sometimes noticed components on my own. Forgive my vague descriptions, but, sauce was delicious, like the ricotta, and the meat mix (beef? cattle pig? . Textures were pleasant (I am used to find strange textures you find in frozen lasagna . And the conditions were perfect; I'm big in proportion. Family business. Professional attitude. Very friendly! The shrimp scampi, spaghetti and meatballs and the gluten-free penne with Bolognese were all delicious! Portions were perfect and super filling. The staff was so nice!

So many good things to say about this place. I tried everything in the menu. It's the best Italian I ever had. The best.

Love this place!!!! Extremely friendly staff. They learn your name and preferences. Top notch Tiramisu.
