When I got the food the fries were cold and stiff, half of the... read more Nov 27, 2022 ordered online at 9:30pm they took about 45minutes just to make 15 wings and fries. When I got the food the fries were cold and stiff, half of the wings were rubbery and half covered with sauce. Never had a problem but it was nothing but kidsworking and talking with their friends instead of working. Asked for some fresh fries and never saw them. They said they forgotto make them. Very dissatisfied and will probably take a while to come back and give them a chance.

Staff... read more Over priced and dry is the best way to describe our experience. Just average. On a different note the Buffalo wings from Little Cesar's were much better. Staff seems tired and overwhelmed. Placed my order picked up wasexpected to leave a tip...? For what?Tip would be appropriate if I set down and was served. Atmosphere is dated and not as fun as when they first came to town.

I called them and of course manager was so rude about it like she didn?t care. She told me that on my next order she will give me15 wings but then i called today and they were just rude like whatever! I really hope that when they go out to a fast foodrestaurant and get the same experience i got they would of bee mad and of course I took a picture of the wing with the hair Iwas willing to send it to them if they gave me a number too. People really need to know how to be polite to their customers. Ifyou can?t be nice at all don?t work in a fast food place.Also they don?t wear gloves they touch the chicken and then they startpulling up their pants or grabbing their phones!
