Palermo’s Pizza - Buckeye
Palermo’s Pizza
Description
In Buckeye, this restaurant showcases a culinary divide among patrons. Some diners rave about the generous portions, flavorful pizza, and attentive service, with highlights including robust sauce and delightful cannoli. In contrast, others have reported disappointing experiences—overly salty calzones, undercooked wings, and a decline in service quality. While some customers passionately defend the establishment, urging others to overlook negative feedback, others vow to avoid returning due to unsatisfactory meals and comments from staff. Despite mixed reviews, this restaurant remains a talking point in the community, capturing both loyal fans and disheartened diners alike.

I visited this pizza place based on a friend's recommendation, and it did not disappoint! The extra hot wings and dry-rub lemon pepper wings were both delicious, with the extra hot wings living up to their name. The pizza was also really tasty. The customer service was excellent, and there was ample parking available. I will definitely be returning!
Only giving 2 stars because twice we ordered pepperoni and pinapple and twice the order was wrong 1) no pepperoni 2) no pineapple. Charged the extra $2 for not getting the item and now received a sausage pizza that was cold and not cooked all the way. Having to finish it myself. Food tastes good but not getting the food your ordered or having it cooked all the way takes it down from a 4.5 to 2
I ordered pizzas, chicken wings, and pasta. The pasta was excellent, and the pizza was good. However, the chicken wings were disappointing; they were dry and tough.
I am giving 5 stars only because my lady loved your wings and the staff was very courteous. But the pizza, i would have preferred digorno. If my family and i are ever in buckeye again we will stop for your wings. But definitely not the pizza.I manage a thriving restaurant, if I were you guys I would either change your marketing focus to selling wings or invest into exporting better, authentic pizza.
