Mcdonald's - Buckeye

Order was missing item, but food was good and very well packed.

90% time everything is still hot and fresh. It's McDonald's so you can't really complain. Food was great!

Absolutely the worst and that's saying alot. They apparently don't know how to read or cook. Chicken nuggets tasted like they were spoiled, the fries were not fully cooked and the double cheeseburger was not even made to the request. I guess when you say no ingredient that definitely means to add extra.

They are constantly forgetting half your meals and the food always comes cold and soggy! Worst customer service! And such a waste of money since door dash doesn't refund the service or deliver fees

For the first time in a long time we noticed that it was not over crowded and the drive thru was not backed up. So we decided to go in and have am early dinner. The place was clean and organized included the restrooms. The food was fresh and exactly how we order it. Normally we have to complain because they did not get our order right. But I have to give this place credit. The reason I gave a four star was due to how the cashier was not friendly or helpful. She seemed as we were interrupting her conversation with her coworker. The donuts were not fresh, but will skip next time. Lastly the older woman was keeping up with how clean the tables and floors were. So good job McDonalds on Watson.
