When we enter the establishment it look to be no one in site not even for the five minutes I stood there waiting to be seated once someone show up it was quick tobe seated and we order our drinks (oh quick mention our server Ella was great she was really nice and really respectful haven?thad a server like that in quite a while) Anyways food Took a while to get here around like 10 to 20 minutes wasn?t great norbad. I will only wanna go here if someone invite me or takes me.

I called... read more I placed a pick up order here this weekend. one of the three entrees was a build your own slam and they got 2 out of the 4 items that I selected wrong. I called to let them know and the calls kept going to an answering machine that asked to press 1 to placean order and press 2 for anything else. If you press 2, it just cycles you to the beginning of the message. I tried a couplemore times but was unable to reach anyone. I understand that people make mistakes but what I find unacceptable is having no wayfor customers to get resolution when a problem occurs.

Okayso I moved on and we ordered an appetizer and our food.. well an hour later it all came out together, my medium eggs were sofried the yolk was hard boiled, the cook staff was thinking the family restaurant was a night club with their play list rap notappropriate music, they need an actual adult manager not a group of teenagers running the place.
