Night crew is incompetent. ordered at 1:30am, just now leaving at 2:25. ordered chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. took almost an HOUR. with only two other... read more Night crew is incompetent. ordered at 1:30am, just now leaving at 2:25. ordered chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. took almost an HOUR. with only two other customers in the store. no sense of urgency from either the cook or server, one says good thing i don 't get paid to think .... clearly ..... please hire people with experience or take the time to train your workers these people are idiots. paid, said alright , as the worker stared in silence. no sorry about the wait or have a good night , literally a joke. highly advise : go hungry. it 's not worth it. update arriving home to open our to go order. missing a side. $30 for so much disappointment. they should 've paid ME for enduring this bullsh*t

She did n... read more My servers name is Marissa, Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. We got to Dennys and was seated at 8:15am, and is now leaving at 10:30am. She did not put in our ticket until we figured that the other customers received their food first. The server kept putting excuses and accusing other servers that they aren 't doing their job so she had to assist. Marissa Stated. It 's not rocket science . We got our food last minute and she let us know that it will be out within 5-6 minutes, and lied since we got our food 20 minutes later being 9:57am. She forgot our drinks and when she came back with our new drinks it took her roughly about 5 minutes. Overall, I don 't recommend coming to this location, try others !

I placed a pick up order here this weekend. one of the three entrees was a build your own slam and they got 2 out of the 4 items that I selected wrong. I called... read more I placed a pick up order here this weekend. one of the three entrees was a build your own slam and they got 2 out of the 4 items that I selected wrong. I called to let them know and the calls kept going to an answering machine that asked to press 1 to place an order and press 2 for anything else. If you press 2, it just cycles you to the beginning of the message. I tried a couple more times but was unable to reach anyone.I understand that people make mistakes but what I find unacceptable is having no way for customers to get resolution when a problem occurs.

When we enter the establishment it look to be no one in site not even for the five minutes I stood there waiting to be seated once someone show up it was quick tobe seated and we order our drinks (oh quick mention our server Ella was great she was really nice and really respectful haven?thad a server like that in quite a while) Anyways food Took a while to get here around like 10 to 20 minutes wasn?t great norbad. I will only wanna go here if someone invite me or takes me.
