The picture I took is before I even started eating. Don’t waste your time and money here; the service is terrible, and they don’t even keep your food warm.

There was no extra rice or double meat, and my food was served cold. A staff member mentioned it would be ready soon, yet they prioritized multiple other customers before finally handing me my order at 7:43, even though I had requested a pickup for 7:20.

I called the store, and to their credit, they agreed to remake the bowls. However, after paying for delivery, I had to drive there myself to pick up the replacements! And the worst part? They prepared them the exact same way! Who does that? When I called back to express my dissatisfaction, they didn’t deny it. I told them I would never order from them again. Now we’re left without dinner, down $80, and feeling frustrated and hungry! Save yourself the trouble and dine somewhere else!

I honestly don 't know if it comes from here or a sewer grate around it. Maybe it is just oozing from their awful customer service. Punintended. I should say, they have NO customer service. I had an online order and went to pick it up. Turns out someone decidedthey wanted a free meal and took my order out of the completely in the open and completely unwatched self service ordershelf. I came up to the cashier and asked about my order which wasn 't there. She looked up the order number on my app and hersystem shows it was done. So where is it? I asked. It is not on that pickup shelf there. Oh, someone else must have taken itthen was her response. So are you going to remake it for me I asked. No, we don 't do that, you will have to call customerservice to cancel order and enter a new order. I walked away to calm down and went to eat somewhere else. Later I was able toget my order refunded. This is a prime example of a store who has not provided their employees with any sort of customer serviceskills training at all. I will not ever come to this location again and since then, eating at Chipotle in general would be rare.

A bit slow, maybe new staff working. Tried the new polloasado, seemed a bit spicier than the other meats. But not bad. Friendly staff. Update: 9/3/2022 Walked in for dinner. Orderedthe same kids build your own as always. Asked for a bit of lettuce rather than the tortillas. Looked at the reciept once I satdown. I was charged for a steak salad which is a $5 difference. I spoke with the cashier which mentioned that Angel told her tocharge it as such. I told him it was not a steak salad to which he responded, it 's because you didn 't want the tortillas . Iasked for a bit of lettuce! OMG! I thank Josh, who took care of the problem for me.
