Called to place an order while on the way there TWENTY minutes before close and no one ever picked it up. When I arrived, I saw all of the staff standing around talking and ignoring the phone ringing next to them Service: 1 View all feedback.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who make it easy to place your order. It is very kid-friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to dine out. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also commendable.
I absolutely adored this restaurant! The general manager personally served me and was incredibly friendly and customer-focused. She went above and beyond to assist all guests and multitask behind the counter. The restaurant is well-managed, orderly, and spotless. The food was superb - I will definitely be returning!

Every time we are leaving from visiting Baton Rouge, we find ourselves at LIT Pizza. The pizza and calzones are always fresh and made right in front of you. Customer service is great. They are always patient, respectful, and kind. The service alone makesyou come back again and again.
Just moved to this area and the wife and I decided we wanted Pizza tonight. We had seen this place before one time when we were up in the area for something else and decide to give it a try. Without a doubt some of the best pizza that I have had in ages.We will definitely be going back.
