The drive-thru takes about 15 minutes to receive your order, and when you get to the window, you're often asked to pull forward and wait an additional 10 minutes. Most of the time, the order is incorrect. For example, my wife ordered two apple pies, but they refused to heat them up. The customer service here is incredibly slow and disappointing. I will not be returning to this place. View all feedback.
Disappointing. This is the worst McDonald's in the area. On a busy Saturday morning, there were only two staff members working. Management should reconsider their hiring practices to ensure the restaurant operates more efficiently.

This place is PATHETIC; A 45m wait time is ridiculous. I ordered a 10pc nugget and 2 large fries ,THATS IT. I still only got 5pc nugget and fries EXTRA SALTY, Manager didn’t enforce NOTHING. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE ORDERED FROM. They can just close it down at this point. I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM SONIC.

Don’t come here, very unprofessional : I had hair in my McFlurry just asked if I could have another one and they were looking as if I made it up.
