McDonald's - Brusly
McDonald's
Description
Located in a busy area, this McDonald's faces significant service challenges, including excessive wait times up to 45 minutes and frequent order inaccuracies. Customers report understaffing during peak hours and unprofessional, sometimes hostile interactions from employees, severely impacting the dining experience. Multiple patrons express frustration over poor communication and mishandling of simple transactions, leading to lost trust and customer departures. However, some visitors praise the quality and freshness of food during late-night visits, applauding the staff’s efforts during less busy hours. While the restaurant offers potential, improvements in staffing, management, and customer service are essential to restore its reputation.

The drive-thru takes about 15 minutes to receive your order, and when you get to the window, you're often asked to pull forward and wait an additional 10 minutes. Most of the time, the order is incorrect. For example, my wife ordered two apple pies, but they refused to heat them up. The customer service here is incredibly slow and disappointing. I will not be returning to this place.
My daughter and I arrived at the drive-thru around 9:00 PM and waited nearly 40 minutes in line, while several cars left in frustration. When we attempted to place our order at the speaker, no one responded, so we drove to the window. Denard greeted us with a hostile demeanor and an angry attitude. Despite our simply trying to order, he became visibly upset and told us to drive around, so we decided to leave instead. It’s frustrating that every time he’s working, he fails to take orders and keeps customers waiting at the window. We saw multiple cars drive away because of the long wait, and it seems like he doesn’t care about keeping customers. I really can’t understand why the management hasn’t addressed this issue; Denard’s behavior significantly tarnishes the reputation of this establishment.
Disappointing. This is the worst McDonald's in the area. On a busy Saturday morning, there were only two staff members working. Management should reconsider their hiring practices to ensure the restaurant operates more efficiently.
Hey! It's the golden arches, but I'm not a big fan. If ya need a good cup of lemonade on the run, stop in.
