Her serving LITERALLY had two tiny pieces of beef. I brought to the manager 's attention and he respondedby saying OK . THAT 'S IT ! he was a hispanic young man and showed no empathy . Where do I begin? Positives?.. friendly staff and clean restaurant. That?s it. Food? No white rice. Noodles were broken prior to cooking (honestly looked more like Mexican fideo than chow mein). And the worst part of it? Everything and I mean everything was cold. The food took on a gluey, gelatinous texture. It was pretty bad.
