The food, drinks,... read more Everytime we visit Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen we dine at the bar. Vero is always great at attending to us and everyone else sitting at the bar. The food, drinks, and complimentary Honey Butter Croissants are always delicious! The restrooms are alwaysclean. I recommend coming here to dine, drink, and even watch a Cowboys game!

This was the firs... read more Recently went for an appetizer and drinks with my girlfriend. Although we had a decent time, it was hot inside the restaurant for some reason. This was the first time I had experienced this at Cheddars so I'll pass it as a one off thing. Cheddars has aquality restaurant experience with a good meal quality to price ratio. Most likely will be back in the future.

Great date night idea! The dim lights help set the date mood. The waitress was attentive, kind, and considerate. On an average weeknight there is a 15 to 20 minute wait. This food will fill you up! The complimentary croissantshave honey butter!!! Definitely looking forward to my next trip.

They checked in on how we were doing and if we needed... read more The manager came over to apologize for the food mishap, assuring us that they were already addressing it. They checked in on how we were doing and if we needed anything else. Thanks to the appetizers, we were fine while we waited. When our main dishes arrived, they were not only delicious but also larger in portion than we expected. Once again, the manager stopped by to apologize and to let us know we would receive a discount because of the incident, even though we hadn't asked for it. The customer service was exceptional, and these thoughtful gestures really made a difference. We'll definitely be back! Everyone makes mistakes, and dropping things can happen to anyone. There’s really no harm done.

I... read more So grateful that the kitchen is back to a full menu. There is nothing like sitting in the bar and talking to Vero, which is simply the best person to talk to. It is great to recommend drinks and to have a conversation. Tonight I had the watermelon margarita and the chocolate martini I also had chips and salsa, but the star of the show was definitely the watermelon margarita! It came with a large ol’ piece of watermelon and oh my stars amazing.
