They do... read more Cheddars is my favorite restaurant. By far. I live in the San Antonio area and recommenced this place to my family I'm visiting. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! They don't use filtered water (imagine the water they cook with), tea tastes like it's not sweetened, spinach dip wasn't made with cream cheese. Every part of the meal was so disgusting. I was give a -6/10 if I could.

The only reason I knocked a star is that the water was unimaginable at this point. There is a very pronounced chemical taste that permeates every water-based drink that makes it from the tap. The service and the atmosphere were great.

They checked in on how we were doing and if we needed anything else. Thanks to the appetizers, we were fine while we waited. When our main dishes arrived, they were not only delicious but also larger in portion than we expected. Once again, the manager stopped by to apologize and to let us know we would receive a discount because of the incident, even though we hadn't asked for it. The customer service was exceptional, and these thoughtful gestures really made a difference. We'll definitely be back! Everyone makes mistakes, and dropping things can happen to anyone. There’s really no harm done.

The food, drinks,... read more Everytime we visit Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen we dine at the bar. Vero is always great at attending to us and everyone else sitting at the bar. The food, drinks, and complimentary Honey Butter Croissants are always delicious! The restrooms are alwaysclean. I recommend coming here to dine, drink, and even watch a Cowboys game!

This was the firs... read more Recently went for an appetizer and drinks with my girlfriend. Although we had a decent time, it was hot inside the restaurant for some reason. This was the first time I had experienced this at Cheddars so I'll pass it as a one off thing. Cheddars has aquality restaurant experience with a good meal quality to price ratio. Most likely will be back in the future.
