Papa Johns Pizza - Brownsburg

Didn't have Papa Johns long. I was pleased that the pizza was just good when I remembered it was to be! I was very happy with the call center order system. I cried and came right through, customer service was wonderful and my pizza was delivered on time, hot and fresh.

It was quite busy when I arrived to pick up my order, but the staff were on top of things! Many employees were working hard to keep track of orders and inform customers about the wait time. The service was both professional and friendly. Plus, the pizza was absolutely delicious!

This was our first time visiting Papa John's in Brownsburg, and we had a wonderful experience. Stefan was our server and did a fantastic job explaining all the new menu items. We decided to try the new stuffed crust pizza, and it was awesome! We definitely recommend this Papa John's.

We attempted to place an online order twice, but Papa John's canceled our order both times, even hours before closing. DoorDash tried to place the order as well, but we ran into the same issue. I called to speak with the manager on duty, Charlotte, and I was truly impressed. She not only listened to my concerns and apologized, but she genuinely cared. She didn’t charge me for my order and even credited my account. Her customer service was exceptional, and she is truly a gem! Thank you, Charlotte, Chris, and Ashley!
