Firehouse Subs Brownsburg Village

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...Ordered online only to get there and not even be greeted. Waited 15 mins for subs that should have been ready when I arrived (3 people working 0 customers). They didn't even tell me my food was ready while they watched me wait. I had to read the bag and check for my name. Had to ask for my cup and chips as well. To make matters worst the fountain soda had a terrible taste as if it hadn't been cleaned in days (had to trash it) in a bin that was overflowing to the ground. To finally get home and realize they made my subs totally wrong. TRULY SAD! SHAME ON YOU Firehouse Subs! Never going there again.

After screwing up my meal for the 3rd time I came in for them to replace my meal and they accused me of stealing the brownie that came with the meal I'll never go back. I asked for the owner to call me and he never did. Wouldn't go in there if they were the last place to eat.

6/16/22. You could not order any warm sub or any warm parts of a sub. They were having technical difficulties. There were only two customers including myself in the store and most of the available tabletops were filthy and not wiped down. I will not come back. This reinforces why I don't come to Firehouse often.

Yesterday in the firehouse a few hours later came home just to find out that I had no meat on my sandwich. The meat was only for one side. I called and asked her what happened to my meat and why it was quite no and mostly shredded they had no answer unnecessary to say worse firehouse, I was ever to pd 11 dollars for a French role with Mayo!

Can you tell Yummy delish? These subs are so dared good!! There is enough variety to let you come back often, always fresh and hot. I'm a regular.
