We were appealed by their great reviews and decided to give Ethiopian cuisine a try. Bunna cafe serves plant-based authentic feast and traditional coffee. Bunna means “coffee” in Ethiopian, so it’s definitely a must try. The option on menu islimited, but we are not familiar with Ethiopian food so we still had a hard time making up our decisions. The staff was friendlyand explained everything in details. We got a Feast for 2 Combo and a cup of iced coffee. Their food was overall decent and thecoffee was pretty strong. The staff recommended to use hand, as their authentic way, to enjoy our dish but we gave up andswitched to fork half way. Our favorites were the flavorful Kale Salad and creamy Lentil Sambusa.

I've eaten the food before it's good that's not the main issue here. I literally placed an order for pickup on Saturday. Paid in advance and arrived at 9:10 to pick it up as stated. Then waited for 45 minutes because it was extremely busy to then say we don't see your order online after clearly showing them my phone and the email receipt. So I left but somehow was still charged for an I never got. Enjoy the food but after wasting about 2 hrs driving for that whole debacle not worth it. Won't be … – show

I had an amazing first experience with Ethiopian cuisine! Since I had never tried it before, this restaurant was the perfect introduction to all the fantastic flavors. The prices were reasonable, they offered a fully vegan menu, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance are all exceptional. We visited during a late lunch, which was pleasantly uncrowded, allowing us to walk right in and still take advantage of the lunch special. Both our server and the staff were friendly, and the chef even came over to ask about our favorite part of the platter. I highly recommend ordering a platter to share. Their coffee and tea are excellent as well.
